Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive category sales strategies to achieve budget targets.
- Oversee store-level visual merchandising and in-store experience standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze sales data and store performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular store audits and field visits to monitor execution quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to optimize product placement and availability.
- Lead training sessions for store staff on selling techniques, brand presentation, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail management or category management.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing store productivity.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and reports.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to travel to various store locations and work flexible hours as required.
