As a key member of our retail operations division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our brand presence is consistent, impactful, and aligned with our high standards across all physical retail touchpoints.

You will oversee a team of merchandisers, ensuring they execute visual standards efficiently while providing constructive feedback and guidance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor checks and visual merchandising (VM) execution to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
- Manage and mentor a team of merchandisers, providing training, daily briefings, and performance feedback.
- Report VM execution status, layout challenges, and product feedback to regional management to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with store management to ensure optimal product placement, shelf availability, and accurate inventory counts.
- Analyze store performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve visual standards and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and merchandising guidelines during store visits.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to resolve stock discrepancies and optimize display layouts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, or store supervision (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid Indonesian driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Jakarta Raya.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
