- Conduct daily floor audits to maintain visual consistency and brand presentation standards
- Supervise and train merchandising staff on execution of VM guidelines
- Report VM execution progress, layout challenges, and product feedback to management
- Collaborate with store teams to implement seasonal promotions and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock discrepancies to relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with merchandising plans and company policies
- Optimize product placement to maximize visibility and sales opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely product replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising with supervisory exposure
- Proven expertise in visual merchandising principles and retail layout design
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Detail-oriented with ability to execute precise visual standards
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
