Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and leads to resolve complex escalations.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including AHT, CSAT, and QA scores.
- Stay updated on company policies, service updates, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college or possess a Senior High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
- Amenable to working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
