We are seeking a detail-oriented Incom Audit & Account Receivable professional to join the finance team at PT Citra Cikopo Arion (Luxury Inn Arion Hotel). In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy of hotel revenue streams and the efficiency of our accounts receivable process. You will be responsible for verifying daily income, reconciling financial data, and maintaining strict compliance with accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily revenue verification for Rooms, F&B, and other hotel departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, posting, and following up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other daily settlements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and operational reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit schedules.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel revenue audit or accounts receivable is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
