Tanggung Jawab
- Verify daily revenue accuracy across all hotel departments and point-of-sale systems
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze revenue reports with supporting documentation
- Coordinate with front office, F&B, and other departments to ensure transactional integrity
- Monitor credit accounts and implement collection procedures for outstanding balances
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in income audit or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
