In this vital role, you will serve as the guardian of our financial integrity, ensuring that all revenue streams across the hotel are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported.
You will work closely with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Sales departments to identify discrepancies and implement robust control measures. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical eye, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced luxury environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily audits of all hotel revenue, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and ancillary services.
- Reconcile credit card settlements, cash deposits, and accounts receivable ledgers against daily reports.
- Verify that all transactions are compliant with company internal control policies and local accounting standards.
- Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies, voids, or adjustments reported by the Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to address operational errors and improve revenue capture processes.
- Support the Finance Manager during month-end closing activities and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel accounting or income audit is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with hospitality PMS (e.g., Opera).
- Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to financial accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the hotel revenue cycle and flow of financial documentation.
