In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integrity of the hotel's financial records by auditing daily revenue streams, reconciling bank statements, and verifying guest accounts. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to implement internal controls and support the smooth operation of the accounting department. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and nightly audits of all hotel revenue sources, including room, F&B, and miscellaneous income.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card batch reports, and cash accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Verify the daily posting of guest folios and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports and closing procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and company policies regarding revenue recognition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all audit findings and take corrective action where necessary.
- Support the Finance Department with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong working knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems), preferably Opera.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and numbers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
