Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and verify all daily revenue transactions across hotel departments including rooms, food and beverage, spa, and other ancillary services
- Reconcile daily reports from various point-of-sale systems and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in revenue data, reporting findings to management promptly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports highlighting trends, variances, and potential issues
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve revenue discrepancies and implement corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation during audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel income auditing or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and hotel property management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Knowledge of hotel revenue streams and operational processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification in accounting or hospitality management is a plus
