Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily audits of hotel revenue streams including room sales, food and beverage services, and other ancillary departments
- Verify accuracy of daily revenue reports and identify discrepancies through detailed analysis
- Reconcile accounts between different hotel departments and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor and investigate unusual transactions or patterns that may indicate potential revenue leakage
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with department heads to implement revenue control procedures and prevent financial losses
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial control systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in income auditing, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and revenue management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial information
