Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing
- Proven track record in supplier quality management
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality control methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in quality inspection tools and statistical analysis
- Experience developing corrective action plans
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
