Are you passionate about agricultural development and empowering local farming communities? EPI Phil. is currently seeking a highly motivated Independent Field Agronomist to join our Agriculture Division in Tuao, Cagayan. In this critical role, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and local government units, driving the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices and promoting our innovative product suite.
You will play a pivotal role in the field, providing technical expertise, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring that our solutions effectively meet the needs of government-led agricultural initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate all sales and technical activities at the municipal level to support government agricultural programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local government agencies, promoting EPI’s range of agricultural products and services.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field demonstrations and workshops to showcase product efficacy and best practices.
- Prepare and submit detailed field reports regarding market trends, competitor activity, and project progress.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration with local government units to expand EPI’s footprint.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and professional technical advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in field sales, technical agricultural consulting, or government liaison work.
- Strong understanding of local farming practices and the agricultural landscape in Cagayan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and the local dialect.
- Proven ability to work independently in a field-based role with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into practical advice for end-users.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently within the assigned municipality.
