Elitez Group is seeking a meticulous Independent Sales Audit (ISA) Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct independent sales audits to verify transaction compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyze sales data to identify discrepancies, fraud risks, and process inefficiencies
- Review customer complaints and feedback to identify systemic compliance issues
- Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Monitor adherence to sales policies, pricing strategies, and promotional guidelines
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements in sales and financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or sales operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data interpretation ability
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with complaint handling and root cause analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with audit software/tools
- Excellent written communication for reporting findings
- Knowledge of Singapore's sales regulations and industry standards
