Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for marketing, sales, and commercial-related goods and services
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and supplier performance
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to maximize value
- Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement solutions
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect categories
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry highly desirable
