Central Proteina Prima is seeking a highly skilled Indirect Procurement Section Head to lead our procurement operations in Lampung. In this strategic role, you will ensure all procurement activities align with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee the sourcing of non-production goods and services, optimize supply chain efficiency, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining vendor relationships. This position requires a leader with strong analytical skills and a commitment to ethical procurement practices to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing and logistics operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the indirect procurement team to achieve departmental KPIs
- Develop and implement procurement strategies ensuring compliance with governance standards
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for non-production goods and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost and quality
- Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze market trends and provide procurement insights for strategic decisions
- Ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
- Expert negotiation skills with proven cost-saving achievements
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software (SAP preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
