Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in Indonesia.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of regional managers, sales representatives, and operational staff.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met across all departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the global headquarters to align local strategies with the company's overarching vision and goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in management, sales, or distribution, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing regional operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
