Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, process, and follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of engineering products to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for indoor customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Support the outdoor sales team by providing administrative assistance and managing their schedules.
- Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system to ensure all records are current.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to meet sales demands.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably within the engineering or hardware industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuching, Sarawak.
