Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms to generate new business leads.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide professional, timely responses to potential customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective and existing clients using our internal CRM systems.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of KSG Engineering's offerings.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in indoor sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
