- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to showroom visitors
- Assist customers in selecting products and explain features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
- Contribute to positive team environment and participate in staff meetings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in shift rotation including weekends and public holidays
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
