Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare, first aid, and emergency response services to employees within the facility.
- Conduct regular health assessments, pre-employment medical examinations, and annual physical check-ups.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation for all employees.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs and health education initiatives.
- Monitor and track work-related injuries or illnesses and coordinate necessary referrals.
- Manage the clinic's inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Ensure full compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) occupational health standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with an active, valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an industrial, clinical, or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (OHS).
- Proficient in emergency response protocols and basic life support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
- Willingness to work on shifts as required by the airport operational schedule.
