PT Restu Teguh Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Plantation Production Supervisor to oversee our operations in Central Kalimantan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of daily operations on the plantation site. You will monitor the performance of heavy machinery and operators to ensure safety and productivity. Your primary focus will be on guaranteeing that production targets are met according to the schedule while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plantation operations and ensure workflow efficiency across all units.
- Monitor the performance and utilization of heavy machinery and equipment on-site.
- Supervise and guide plantation operators to maximize productivity and adherence to protocols.
- Ensure all production targets are met strictly according to the established schedule.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict safety regulations to prevent accidents.
- Coordinate with logistics and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the plantation or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery operation and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to field conditions.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
