Tanggung Jawab
- Support implementation and monitoring of employee compliance programs
- Assist in developing workplace policies aligned with labor regulations
- Monitor employee relations metrics and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate communication between management and employee representatives
- Document and investigate employee grievances and workplace issues
- Support training sessions on labor law updates and company policies
- Assist in preparing compliance documentation for regulatory audits
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Law, Psychology, or related field
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail
