Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure company compliance with Indonesian Manpower Laws and government regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, mediation, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in the administration of Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) and Company Regulations (PP).
- Support management during industrial disputes or labor-related inspections.
- Prepare regular reports on labor relations activities and organizational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or HR Generalist roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
