In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging communication and ensuring legal compliance across our international business operations.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of legal tasks, ranging from contract drafting and negotiation to ensuring regulatory compliance within the Indonesian business landscape. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian will be essential in facilitating seamless business transactions and mitigating risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and operational contracts in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to management regarding local regulations and business compliance.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and international partners to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Manage corporate legal documentation, including permits, licenses, and business registration processes.
- Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for business operations.
- Maintain effective communication channels between local management and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Handle corporate secretarial duties and ensure all legal filings are accurate and timely.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Must be highly proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken), English, and Indonesian.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate legal role or law firm.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Investment Law, and Contract Law.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Professional integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
