Eatwell Culinary Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Relations (IR) Staff to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Jakarta Barat. As a leading player in the culinary and food and beverage industry, we understand that our greatest asset is our people. You will be instrumental in handling employee disciplinary administration, maintaining meticulous employment documentation, and ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws and internal company regulations. Beyond compliance, you will serve as a trusted consultant for our operational teams, providing guidance on best practices for workforce management, performance handling, and dispute resolution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer employee disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain, update, and secure all employment documentation, including employment contracts, warning letters, and termination agreements.
- Ensure company HR policies, procedures, and practices are strictly compliant with prevailing Indonesian labor regulations (including the Manpower Law).
- Act as a consultant for operational managers and supervisors, advising on employee performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate dispute resolution processes to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Liaise with external parties such as labor unions, government agencies (e.g., Disnaker), and legal counsel when necessary.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IR metrics, employee turnover, and disciplinary actions for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Industrial Relations, HR Compliance, or a generalist HR role with a strong focus on IR.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja) and standard HR practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail in drafting and managing legal HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive situations with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced culinary/F&B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
