Join PT Adibayu Gajah Semakmur as our Industrial Relations & Legal Supervisor and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organizational compliance and labor harmony. This senior position requires a strategic leader to manage complex industrial relations while ensuring legal adherence across all operations. You'll develop and implement labor policies, mediate workplace disputes, and maintain strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws. Simultaneously, you'll oversee contract management, provide critical legal opinions, coordinate BPOM and Halal certifications, and protect intellectual property assets. This hybrid role demands a professional who can balance employee advocacy with corporate protection, fostering a productive work environment while mitigating legal risks. Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in Indonesian labor regulations and corporate legal frameworks to drive sustainable business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive labor policies including PP/PKB and ethical guidelines
- Mediate and resolve workplace disputes between employees and management
- Ensure strict compliance with labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003 and amendments)
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and legal documents
- Obtain and maintain BPOM product approvals and Halal certifications
- Manage intellectual property assets including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance programs
- Advise management on labor law implications and risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law, Industrial Relations, or HR Management
- Minimum 4 years experience in industrial relations or legal compliance
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and corporate law
- Certified mediation skills and dispute resolution experience
- Proven track record in BPOM licensing and Halal certification processes
- Familiarity with intellectual property protection mechanisms
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Indonesian labor legislation and legal documentation
