Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive industrial relations strategies and policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or labor relations
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with collective bargaining agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
