Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive industrial relations strategies and policies
- Manage labor negotiations and collective bargaining agreements
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Advise leadership on labor trends, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback for improvement
- Represent the organization in labor disputes and legal proceedings
- Foster positive relationships between management and employees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or labor relations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
