Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain regular communication with headquarters HR team regarding labor relations matters
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on union activities, labor disputes, and compliance status
- Manage labor union relationships including negotiations, grievance handling, and collective bargaining
- Monitor compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve labor-management communication and trust
- Advise management on labor relations risks and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with legal counsel on labor-related disputes and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial relations or HR operations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003 and subsequent amendments)
- Proven experience in labor union management and collective bargaining processes
- Strong report writing and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
