Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between employees, management, and external labor unions
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company permits, and regulatory requirements
- Lead conflict resolution processes, including grievance handling and mediation
- Design and implement industrial relations policies aligned with organizational objectives
- Represent the company in labor negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and legal proceedings
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to labor regulations
- Monitor industry labor trends and advise leadership on emerging compliance requirements
- Coordinate with legal teams on labor disputes and permit renewals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or HR management
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and permit regulations
- Proven track record in negotiating collective bargaining agreements
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Experience managing labor unions and employee representative bodies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in labor law or industrial relations preferred
