Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical industries across Indonesia.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical presentations and demonstrations of powder handling systems to prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to technical negotiation and contract closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal engineering team to design customized equipment solutions that meet specific client technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring project opportunities.
  • Perform regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technological advancements.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and project pipelines to the management team using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, ideally involving machinery or process equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of powder handling, pneumatic conveying, or bulk solid processing systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and technical managers.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English for technical reporting and communication.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client site visits and project meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
