Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive, personalized care to infants including feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Monitor and document developmental milestones, health status, and daily activities
- Implement age-appropriate stimulation activities supporting cognitive and motor skills
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure a safe, sanitized environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding infants' progress and daily routines
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate developmental care into curriculum
- Follow all health and safety protocols including emergency procedures
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or Infant Care preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in infant care or nursery setting
- Knowledge of infant developmental stages and milestone tracking
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills with parents and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Passion for early childhood development and nurturing care
