As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing department to amplify our brand presence, build authentic relationships with content creators, and analyze campaign effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and outreach to potential influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Support the team in managing end-to-end influencer campaign execution from briefing to content review.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and track engagement metrics.
- Assist in drafting creative briefs and communication materials for partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on the latest influencer marketing trends and platform algorithm updates.
- Coordinate product seeding and manage shipment logistics for influencer gifting campaigns.
- Compile post-campaign performance reports to analyze ROI and content effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Google Workspace/MS Office) and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify trending topics and aesthetic content styles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and marketing strategies.
