Are you a social media enthusiast with a sharp eye for trends? PT RAMAI BERSAMA INDONESIA is looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Influencer Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team in Tangerang. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management and affiliate marketing.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our brand and the most influential voices in the digital space. You will assist in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with content creators to drive brand awareness and conversion. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and research potential KOLs and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Assist in outreach efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with content creators.
  • Manage the end-to-end communication process, including briefing, contract coordination, and content review.
  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using key performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement).
  • Support the affiliate marketing program by recruiting new partners and optimizing existing performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on the latest social media trends.
  • Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with creators.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets is a plus).
  • A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
