Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streams on various social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.).
- Demonstrate beauty products effectively, explaining features, benefits, and usage techniques to the audience.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, handling objections, and building rapport to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm live content strategies, themes, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze live stream metrics and feedback to continuously improve performance and viewer retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional yet relatable image that aligns with our brand identity.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and viral social media content to keep streams fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Stream Host, Influencer, or Content Creator, preferably in the beauty/skincare niche.
- Possess a high level of confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak fluently and persuasively on camera.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and live commerce dynamics in the Indonesian market.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, to match peak engagement times.
- Energetic, fast learner, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed with a genuine passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare products.
- Proficiency in using streaming equipment and basic video editing tools is a significant advantage.
