Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct regular IT security risk assessments and vulnerability scans across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Monitor security infrastructure and lead incident response efforts to mitigate potential cyber threats.
- Act as the primary point of contact for compliance audits and ensure alignment with national and international security regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate 'Security by Design' principles into application development lifecycles.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees to foster a culture of proactive cyber hygiene.
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies to enhance our overall protection framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an information security role, with a strong focus on both technical operations and governance.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.
- Experience in managing firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical security risks into business impacts.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
