The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in Central Visayas is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Analyst II to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the information systems that support our social welfare programs.
As an Information Systems Analyst II, you will serve as a bridge between technical solutions and departmental goals. You will ensure that our data processes are efficient, secure, and aligned with government standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications for information systems.
- Develop, test, and implement system improvements to streamline DSWD service delivery.
- Maintain database integrity and ensure high levels of security for sensitive social welfare data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding system applications.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and technical reports for system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new modules into existing software frameworks.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to identify potential bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis, application development, or database management.
- Proficiency in SQL, relational database management systems, and web development technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a government environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and security compliance standards.
