Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of LAN/WAN networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals through technical guidance and performance management
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational assets
- Coordinate technology deployments, upgrades, and maintenance across all business units
- Monitor system performance using advanced monitoring tools and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with department heads to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident reports
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience with network infrastructure oversight
- Expertise in Cisco/Juniper networking, VMware virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Proven experience leading cross-functional IT teams in industrial/manufacturing environments
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex network and system issues
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication abilities
