As the Infra Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for onsite stakeholders, bridging the gap between internal teams and external service providers. Your ability to foster strong relationships and coordinate complex logistics will be essential in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses the strategic vision to optimize our infrastructure and administrative processes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the daily onsite operations, ensuring all facility standards are met and maintained.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce office infrastructure policies, safety protocols, and workspace organization.
  • Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings, events, and employee activities to enhance workplace engagement.
  • Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues and resolve them with a proactive approach.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in onsite operations, facility management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools and management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
