Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise daily infrastructure project activities on-site.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures on the construction site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and site reports.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders regarding project requirements.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in infrastructure or construction supervision is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and adhere to shift schedules.
- Proficiency in using construction management software or tools.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
