Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on construction sites
- Manage and direct construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
- Review and approve construction plans and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and make decisions to keep projects on track
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in construction or development as a supervisor
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in construction management is an advantage
