In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing effective sales strategies and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your hard work. The role includes a base salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month, along with attractive closing fees, commissions, and regular performance bonuses. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs in the Real Estate sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management to optimize strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate or Property industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on negotiation.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
