Join PT Junrich Development Indonesia as an Injection Moulding Supervisor and lead our production excellence initiative. This critical role oversees the entire injection molding process, ensuring seamless operations from material preparation to finished product delivery. You'll manage a team of operators, optimize production efficiency, and maintain strict quality standards while meeting demanding production targets. The position requires hands-on problem-solving for technical issues, continuous process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration with quality assurance and maintenance teams. You'll implement safety protocols, conduct performance reviews, and drive lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize output. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise injection molding operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Manage and mentor team of machine operators, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular quality inspections and collaborate with QA team on product specifications
- Optimize machine settings and parameters for efficiency and defect reduction
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain 5S standards in the production area
- Prepare production reports and communicate performance metrics to management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in injection molding with at least 1-2 years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machinery, and quality control standards
- Proven ability to manage production teams and achieve KPIs
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
