- Operate and maintain ink mixing machines according to standard procedures
- Prepare and mix precise color formulations based on production requirements
- Monitor and adjust mixing parameters to achieve desired color consistency
- Perform quality checks on mixed inks to ensure specifications are met
- Document mixing processes and maintain accurate records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with production team to ensure timely delivery of mixed inks
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic maintenance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification
- Previous experience in manufacturing or chemical mixing preferred
- Basic understanding of color theory and color matching principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and formulas
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and mixing processes
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle raw materials
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
