- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and consumer preferences
- Lead sensory evaluation programs including consumer panels, descriptive analysis, and shelf-life testing
- Manage R&D projects from concept development through commercialization
- Establish and maintain sensory databases for product quality benchmarking
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to translate sensory insights into product improvements
- Implement innovative methodologies for product testing and quality assurance
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and foster a culture of creativity

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product innovation and sensory evaluation
- Proven expertise in managing sensory panels and experimental design
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of food product development processes
- Proficiency in sensory analysis software and statistical tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
