Join Nextsphere Strategic Management Services as an Inpatient (IP) Medical Coder in our dynamic healthcare team. This onsite position offers a competitive salary range of ₱110,000 – ₱120,000 per month and the opportunity to work with leading medical professionals in Taguig City. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes to inpatient medical records
- Review clinical documentation to ensure completeness and coding compliance
- Analyze medical records to identify appropriate coding and billing opportunities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, payer policies, and quality standards
- Stay updated on coding guidelines through continuous education
- Submit coded data to billing department for reimbursement processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient medical coding experience
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or CCS certification required
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
