We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join the expanding team at Full Potential BPO Inc.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for tracking, managing, and following up on customer quotations to ensure seamless sales operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, nurturing leads and converting inquiries into tangible business opportunities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO environment.
You will work closely with the sales development team to optimize sales pipelines, update client databases, and provide exceptional service that reflects our company's high standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and track incoming customer quotations and pricing requests efficiently.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and performance metrics.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or emails regarding product inquiries.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to order processing and invoicing.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales coordination or customer service within a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with sales processes and quotation management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
