Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage a pipeline of leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital engagement.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via email.
- Excellent command of English and Malay; fluency in additional local dialects is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
