We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inspector MEP - Management Construction Project to join the dynamic team at Harrisma. In this pivotal role, you will act as a technical bridge between our sales team and our clients, specializing in the delivery of Biometric Security Verification solutions. You will be responsible for managing construction projects that involve the installation and integration of advanced security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Gate automation.
Your primary focus will be ensuring that all security infrastructure meets stringent technical standards and operational requirements. You will oversee site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and manage the project lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client security needs and translate them into technical project specifications.
- Oversee and inspect the installation of Biometric Security Verification systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Gate mechanisms.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify the proper functioning and calibration of security devices and access points.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MEP).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or security system installation/inspection.
- Strong technical knowledge of security infrastructure, including CCTV, Biometric systems, Access Control, and Fire Alarm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and system schematics.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Proficiency in using project management software and technical testing equipment.
