Join Ibraco as an Inspector of Work and play a pivotal role in ensuring construction excellence across our projects in Sri Aman. This critical position demands meticulous attention to detail as you monitor quality assurance and control processes, conduct thorough material inspections, and verify workmanship compliance with industry standards. You'll be responsible for generating detailed inspection reports, maintaining rigorous safety protocols, and coordinating site activities to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise will directly contribute to regulatory compliance, quality benchmarking, and the timely delivery of infrastructure projects that meet both client specifications and safety regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive QA/QC inspections for materials and workmanship
- Generate and maintain detailed inspection documentation and reports
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards
- Coordinate site activities between contractors and project teams
- Oversee testing procedures and validate results against specifications
- Monitor compliance with project blueprints and technical requirements
- Implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding quality matters
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site inspection
- Certification in quality assurance/control (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in inspection reporting software and documentation tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in remote site conditions
