Ariffin Architect is a distinguished firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector of Work to join our team in the Klang Valley. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress against approved architectural plans and schedules.
- Verify the quality, grade, and specifications of all building materials used on-site to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, site protocols, and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, architects, and clients to clarify technical details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection reports, logs, and documentation for all site visits.
- Approve work completion and issue necessary notices or stop-works orders where non-compliance is detected.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as an Inspector of Work or Site Inspector in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards (such as MS1525), and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and technical issues accurately.
- Valid Contractor’s License or relevant technical certification is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team environment.
